With a quick run through the calculator on length and mass guesses and assuming 21" inside spread and 22" beams........I have him right around 144"
His brows are what really help him sneak into the mid 140's

That deer will be in 140's for sure.. That spread is more than a 21" spread as well.. That thing is way past his ears I'd bet he is 23-24 inch spread..

Here's what I get:

21" Inside Spread
22" beams
= 65" for beams + spread

G1 = 6" x 2 = 12"
G2 = 7" x 2 = 14"
G3 = 7" x 2 = 14"
G4 = 3" x 2 = 6"
= 46" for length of tines

I gave him 5" bases with 4" out for mass = 17" mass per side
= 34" total H measurements

Total score 145"
