Ok, so here's the deal. I have seen this buck three times in the past two days. Our archery season opens in two days. Would you shoot him if...?

if...he roamed inside a city yard fencejust feet from legal land? Or, he was outside the fence and feet from illegal land. The fence must be in your success photo either way. He walks the fence to go to and from his bedding area. By the way, he does move through a hole in the fence. It's only yards from these photos.
I will tell ya'll the true situation after everyone voices their opinion.

Im somewhat confused on the situation? Is the deer one of those tame city deer? If it was outside the fence, does that make it in an illegal place to hunt?
I wouldnt have a problem hunting a buck that caliber near suburban areas, but that is an extremely general statement......depending on how the deer behaved and the entire situation.
That is a PIG though.

If he's outside, he's legal. Inside the fence he's illegal. He comes and goes through a hole in the fence. If I/you sit/use the fence, he's a 100% gaurantee. City deer or country deer-you make up your mind.

hmm tough one, in a way. great deer, but wouldnt be much of a hunt...especially if you claim its a 100% deal. I'd opt to go hunt the hills instead.
What have you decided personally?

I suppose it wouldn't be much different from hunting a fence crossing that borders a neighbor's land. The deer walks the neighbor's side of the fence and jumps it at a low point onto yours.
Tough choice without knowing the entire situation. If its 100% garaunteed on the first day of the season, I may opt to pass.
