bear hunt '08 pics (updated)

my mom, dad, and brother all went bear hunting 2 weeks ago and i just got the pictures. i posted that they were going and i said i would put up pictures when they got back. 10 people were in the camp and only 3 bears were shot. the guide said the blueberrys were thick so the bears were gourging out on them rather than coming to the bait. so here they are..

this is the only picture that i could get to come through




the picture is of my brother and his bear and the other i believe is from his scouting camera.

OK pics are up. Where did you go and how long was the trip. What dates were set. late summer early fall bears are hard...... and here in MB we had a bumper crop of blueberries, choke cherries, sakatoonsand raspberries.Saskaotoons are done. Blueberries and choke cherries are almost doen. Raspberries will stick around for a bit.
Too bad about the berries..... set a later date for the hunt next time
