I just purchased a fred bear advantage hunter. After purchasing it, I went straight to my local bass pro and had a tru glo sight, VDT drop away rest, limb saver stabalizer, and a few other small things installed. I also bought a dozen red head carbon arrows. They were on sale for 40.00, and I figured if I was going to loose or destroy them, I did not want them to be expensive. Any tips for a biginer such as myself?

Give the laziest man the hardest job, and it will get done twice as fast.
And- not a bad idea to learn form with some cheaper arrows, however- your arrow is pretty much a vital compnent in delivering your broadhead to its intendeddestination.
After you have learned your form, have someone on here or an archery tech guide you to an arrow that is correct for your set-up.
and....WELCOME.

Welcome to the boards. This is a great place to learn. If you have any questions just ask, butremember one of the best things you can do is read and learn. But more important than that, get out there and shoot that new bow!! Thats where the fun is at, not sitting on the computer
Again welcome......I'm going out to shoot a littlebe back in a little while (In the mean time think up a battle plan ok Caleb)[8D]
