Anyone order one of those "gear" bags for yours? I'm wondering how "out of the way" it is.

Ever seena stand equippedwith one?

Thanks.

I hadn't but my interest is peaked. I always need to put something close to me and easy to get to.

I thought about getting a Wolf Pack for my Alpha but it just means I'll carry more "stuff" into the woods with me! I'm moving into the opposite direction when it comes to gear, less is more so to speak! I don't need the added weight!

I hear ya BHF....but the reason this gear bag interests me is.....I ONLY carry a haul line and a bow hook in with me. Period. This year I'll be hunting with a target release....and the thought of dropping it and not having a backup spooks me. I'd like a little gear bag to put those three things in.

I'm with you.....the less IHAVE TOcarry in.....the better.

Not an LW, but I use the side bags for my Summit, and they have completely replaced my backpack. all I carry in my hand is my bow with the stand on my back. Even if it is not completely out of the way, I would say get one, and then you're done, you can all your stuff in there and not worry about it, and leave it right with the stand. With my side bags, I know my stuff is always there.

Jeff - I plan on getting the "Wolf-Pack" w/ my LW in a few weeks. I watched the Video of it on LW's website and it had me sold. I like being able to strap it around the tree. And everything is right there when you need it.

I have the side bags on my summit and love them. I might put them on my LW.

Thanks, Ed....but that pack looks too "hot" for me, for when I'll be using this stand. Just something else for me to contend with (I looked at it last night).

Can someone get me a phone number to the LW company? For some odd reason I can't get to their site from my office.
