Default Gripping your bow?

Pleading ingorance as I am a new bowhunter.

Why does everyone stress the signifcance of gently holding your bow? What is it's importance? What are the ramifications of over squeezing the bow? Any other recommendations for a new bow hunter with a hand-me-down?

Default RE: Gripping your bow?

Disregard this post. I'm not sure how to delete the post. I know it should be in the techincal forum.
