Default BH's shooting better than my FP's???

Any of you guys ever feel like your BH's are shooting better than your FP's??? I was shooting today, and I SWEAR, if I wasn't on the spot, my BH was within half an inch (Spot was the 2" Diamond on the front of a MDL target), but the FP were more variable than the BH shots!!!! Am I crazy??? Focusing too much or too little, or do some of y'all have the same deal sometimes.

Could it be the WHITE background on my Morrell Outdoor Range is not letting me focus as much as the BLACK background on the BH target???

Probably more focused when shooting the BH and less focused when shooting the FP. After you shoot a 1000 FP's it is hard to imagine that every shot counts but.........as soon as you start shooting BH's it becomes "for real" .

It could very well be that your BH target is allowing to focus more on the spot you are wanting to hit. I see this with myself all the time. It is harder for me to pick a spot on some targets than others.

Im confused, When I shoot most of my arrows are about as tight as possible, 6/6 in the diamond on the block target, How could BH shoot any better then that, note I dont shoot BH in groups.
