Well I went out yesterday to do some scouting/coyote hunting and watched, from a distance these fellas come right past one of my early season trees I hunt! Not to bad for the location, there are some giants in this area of state land! I then went shining for about 3 hours after dark and found the biggest deer I have ever seen, just a perfect tall, wide, wide 8 point! I seen this big fella 2 times in a week coming from the same area, in the same field right around 10:30pm. I tried to take some pics of him but they didn't turn out, to dark!
here a the bucks I watched for about 45 minutes! Looks like to me about a 1, 2, and maybe 3 year old judging from body size?? In the 1st pic I think the 3 year old is the deer in the middle(smaller rack than the 2 year old)... What do ya think?
Bad pic but a good look at the body size, once again I think the deer in the middle is the oldest deer, making the deer on the right a very nice 2 year old! I could be wrong??
