Default Spot Hogg customer service

I've heard they're good to their customers but I found out first hand last week. I bought a used sight guard to replace the one on my existing Hunter Hogg It (that I also had bought used). I get it from the seller and two of pins are seized up and won't budge vertically. After talking with the seller I decide just to call Spot Hogg myself. I was honest with them and they said "No problem". Imailed it on Wednesday. Yesterday I get it back from them. That's a quick turnaround!

Very good bunch to work with. Just wanted to share the experience.
