Have you guys ever shot multiple deer per sitting? For example, you shoot a doe, while your waiting another deer comes along, do you shoot it also? Note you have not tracked the first deer, but you think you heard it fall. Or is this whole scenario impossible?
not personaly but many years ago my late father had shot a buck that had jumped up from behind a log and he shot him, it feel then got back up he shot and he feel again. it jumped up once again and again dad shoot he feel. when paps walk up to the log, thei laying on the other side yes to forked horns. sounds far feched but true.yes it can happen.
Yep, Nov. 9th, 1996. I shot the doe around 7:30 AM, it was still early so I stayed on stand. 20 minutes later this guy came thru chasing 3 does right under my stand. I shot him at 18 yards with the last doe right underneath me.
I had to leave the 4 wheeler there to fit the deer in my truck. Oh well.
Yep, done that and I have shot two at the same time. Not with the same arrow, but shoot one and then nock another and shoot another one. Done it a few times in my life...but i only do it if the timing is right and I want more meat to eat.
