RE: Got to meet GregH's idol this weekend
Had dinner with Jim, dang almost 25 years ago now. We were at an Anderson Hoop Te Do, Bob Fratzke and Shank Scharmach took us all out to dinner, it was the wife and I anniversary and I belive Jim was just fixen to marry his childhood sweetheart, cant remember her name (but I remember his secretarys name, she would make a good mans eyes sore) Fred was going to eat with us but ended up at the table next to us with Ben Lee, going over a position on Bears Bowhunting Staff with Ben. I didn't even know who Ben was when he said hi, he had lost so much weight at the time. It was a shame about Ben.
Last time I seen Jim was at a Middletown Ohio, IBO Tripple Crown/PSE Awards Banquette, shin dig. Did not get to talk much that time, but then it was not like we werebest friends either, just frequnt acquittances. If you made many of these events back then you knew everyone, it was a much smaller circle then.
