Default BowTech

Got this from the local SCDNR forum. Great job for BowTech as a company.

Never shot a Bowtech bow but they just offered a deal to us over here that we couldn"™t turn down. Bowtech will give any service member stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan any 2008 bow package for 500 bucks shipped. The catch is you have to have it shipped to Iraq and then ship it home. I was between the 101st Airborne and the Guardian. Since I couldn"™t shoot them I had to go off the reviews and it seemed the Guardian was the better bow. I almost couldn"™t turn that deal down being that the bear bow is 749 it self. Does anyone own or shot the Guardian? I shoot a PSE Firestorm now so I hope ill be happy

Guardians shoot great, and thats a sweet deal.

I too am shooting a PSE FireStorm Lite, and I am looking real hard at the PSE X-Force SS ( which is one sweet shooting bow ) and a Mathews DXT. I have yet to shoot the DXT due to back problems I am recovering from, but one of the two is in my near future....

Good Luck

MET

I agree Strut, anything we can do for our troops is fantastic. Good or bad I don't care how you look at it, they do what they do so we can do what we do. We shouldn't forget that in our everyday lives.

Don't forget that BowTech also donates a portion of every sale for every 101st and every 82nd to the TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors for spouses lost at war) program. They started doing this with the Tribute, and have donated WELL in excess of $100,000 to date.

I can tell you there's more than a few of us who have served, including our technical support specialist whom you see posting on these forums frequently (Bowtech_Shooter) and I was an MP for nine years.
