Ok do you center peep with sight or

Do you center peep with sight ring then place pin on target or do you center pin in peep then shoot. Is ther really a right or wrong.

I shoot just like I was trained to shoot the M-16 peep sight. Focus on the pin insided of the peep, and place it center mass on your target. Seems to work well for me.

Well I'm with you on that. I just center the pin in the center of peep and have been doing fine for years. Some I know align peep aroung sight ring then put pin on the target. Not sure if there is a right or wrong. Thanks

I believe I'm more consistant aligning the peep and sight housing.

I do the same, Center my gaurd inside my peep. Makes a very small "Halo" around it. It almost fills it up perfectly. Works better than anything Ive ever tried before. I used to use a square style guard, never again.

When I used to use a peep I centered the pin in the peep never could get use to centering the sight ring. Now I use an Anchor Sight and no longer need a peep. One of the best purchases I ever made much better peep eliminator than the NO Peep.

yes.

I shot "the other way" for over a year (starting out). Part of this was due to not knowing any better. The other part was the fact that my old peep and pin guard didn't "mesh" like they should. It took a new bow setup (new peep) for the light to turn on. Your peep and your sight pin guard have to be compatibe for this to be an option. You also (I would assume) haveto have either a round pin guard....OR a really big peep sight (if your pin guard isn't round).

I just remembered why I also went to this.

When I went to that new setup.....I did away with the kisser button. Although I suppose the kisser is still an option if you want to use this method.....aligning your pin guard within your peep negates the need for the kisser (IMO). That was an imperative discovery.....since I employ a face mask 100% of the time, now.
