Default Sportsman's Warehouse Employee Complaint

Well the other day I decided to buy the Sportsman's Warehouse Vital Impact Arrows because I am only 17 and don't hae much money for the expensive ones. Anyway, after the guy cut them I went home to try them out. When I pulled them out of the box, I noticed that the not one of the blazer vanes was straight, they were all wavy. So I decided to wait until the next morning. The next day I shot them to see if they would still group fine despite the vanes. The arrows shot fine, however, after thirty or so shots, the inserts came out of two of the arrows. What should I do? I doubt this is a problem with the store but rather with the employee.

You pulled them out of the box...? did you buy them already made or did he fix them up for you?

If he cut, fletched, and glued the inserts in, I would take the arrows back ASAP(so he couldnt say you wore them out) and show him what has happened he should more than happily fix them.

If you bought the arrows ready to shoot out of the box, then the blame would rely in the company of the arrows.

I agree, take them back ASAP at this point and demand totalkwith an experienced manager to get them fixed.

Next time, take them to a pro shop. Trust me..

By the way, Easton arrows work beautifully, they do for me anyway.

Good luck and nice avatar of Master J.

Take them back. They are responsible for the employee and should make it right. Do so ASAP
