Default can i get a disability permit to hunt early

OK i have ocd bad when it come to deer hunting
can i get a permit to hunt early for ocd because if not i am going to blow a gasket i can not wait two months i am telling you i am read to go postal .

You're a big enough guy, just go kill one and eat it..... Oughta be only 1 or 2 meals, nobody'd ever know you you did it!!!

hey i am big i can not run fast enough to catch one mmm well i guets i could target practice nex to one.

Then tell the co i mistaked the deer for my 3d target
