Default Easton Axis?

Are these arrows any good? I have shot GoldTip 5575's for awhile,I don't care for the nocks, I decided to change this year after drawing back on a 6x5 Elk in New Mexico and my nock pulled out, sending my arrow bouncing off every inch of my bow on it's way to the ground. Anyway...I shoot 28" draw at 68-70 pounds, do any of you know which series of Axis to get (i.e300, 400, 500)?

My d/l and draw weight are almost exact to you. You could probably get away with the 400's, but I switched from them last year to the 340's and like them much better. I love the performance I've gotten out of the Axis line and would tell anybody to try them. On another note; my brother didn't want to spend that much on a dozen arrows so he went with the Easton Epics, and I was very impressed with their performance as well, but the Epics cost little more than a custom set of Al arrows.

Axis are very good arrows. I have some FMJ's and they perform great.

The 340's should work great for your setup.
