Default Trail cam over a gut pile?

I've always been amazed at how fast a gut pile can disappear in the woods.

Has anyone ever put out a trail camera over their gut pile just to see what's eating that stuff?

I'm guessing coyotes for sure, but what else?

I think there is a post in trail cam forum about "spooky photos". One is a cam over a roadkill deer. Its got buzzards all around it. Down here you'd have photo after photo of oppossums and coons. Its an idea though, if I ever have a chance I may try it.

Every year I say I am going to do this & keep my trail cam in the truck to do so. I haven't yet, but I keep saying it. Maybe this year is the year. [8D]

Someone did this a good while back, I can't remember who.

I remember seeinga lot of birds on the pile, though.

I keep saying I'm gonna try that but its usually the last thing on my mind. So it never gets done.

I've been telling myself that very same thing for years now!I hunt some state land where numerous people (DNR's too)swear there are yotes. In 7 years of hunting there, I've yet to see/hear one, ever. So, I keep telling myself to do what we're talking about. Maybe this year.
