Default Bowtech customer service, how long???

I have some cracked limbs on my 2005 allegiance. I took it to the dealer and he is going to order new ones on monday. I was wondering if anyone knew about how long it would take to get them in. If it is going to be a while i may have to buy another bow. But i really don't want to buy a new one because i love my ally it shoots great for me!

If he orders them Monday and BT have them in stock your dealer should have them by the end of the week.

Depending on where they are sent you should have them in 5 to 7 business days, but many times they are quicker.

I don't think you have anything to worry about!

Not necessarily. I had a riser crack out on my AR and my buddy had the limbs and riser crack on his. Took a little longer than 24 hrs. Several weeks if I remember right. That is why I quit shooting them.No excuse for risers cracking like that.

A limb cracking can happen to anyone but not the riser.

My cousins bow exploded, called my local dealer who I happend to be great friends with, he stopped on his way back from Buffalo County, picked up the bow took it to his shop called PSE they shipped the limbs, cams, and newstring, over night, they were there by 12pm the next day I picked up the bow after work.Talk about service, no questions asked, no payment needed and his Mach10 was upgraded with mach 12 limbs and cams.

BowTech's customer service is as good as there is!!

You don't continue to be the fastest growing Bow manufacturer without Customer Service that backs up your product in a fast effecient manner when needed.

When I was only a customer (2003 thru 2006) the Bows impressed me but when I needed anything elseBowTech's Customer Service wasalways prompt, courteous, and made sure my needs were taken care of, regardless how small they may have been in the scheme of things.
