Archery Deer Seasons Early Antlerless-Only Archery Season During this season only antlerless deer may be taken.
September 6-October 3 [ul][*]In Loudoun and Prince William counties (except on Department- owned lands).[/ul]Albeit, I will only have my backyard to hunt for the month of September, I still plan on whacking a doe! Will be a good warm up for the season.

yeh I hear buckmaster, but every year I go to my brothers farm in Pulaski to hunt where I see at least 10 to 15 deer a set and they walk with the wind, against it, it don't matter to them, they are on a mission. I go up the first week of Bow season for 3 days. It's much harder to kill deer around here than it is where you are, remember, we have way more people and we have the whole deer hound issue, they run deer all year long.

buckmaster.. We say the exact opposite over here. It is soooo hard to find places to hunt, expecially good places. There is no way to manage, our deer get run by dogs even in the off season, our trail cameras... will be stolen, andevery farm is leased by a hunt club.
I have a few acres here and there, butI share it with all the dog hunters in the area. "Dogs can't read posted signs".
