Default what does my arrow weigh?

This is going to sound like an ignorant question but I want to know.I am trying to figure the weight of my arrow. I shoot the cx 250 which go 7.3 gpi. I have a 100 gr tip, my Dl is 29. How do you get the total with the blazer vane and nock, do you have to weigh it or is their a formula. I am absolutely clueless?

Multiply the gpi by the length of the shaft, add in the broadhead weight, about 3 for fletching plus your insert & nock.

Go to the Carbon Express website and it lists the weight of the components for all their arrows (inserts, nocks, etc)

Blazers weigh 5 grains each X 3 = 15 grains.

Just take the grains per inch X the shaft length to get the total weight of the bare shaft. Then add the weight of the insert, tip, nock, arrow wrap if you use one, and the vanes and you've got a pretty close estimate of the total weight. It will be off by a couple grains since it doesn't include the weight of the glue for inserts and vanes but its close enough.

Or you could just use a grain scale.
