Default Antelope blind ?

What is your experience with blind hunting goats. Do you need to get your blinds out early or just pop them up and hunt?I have heard both ways work on goats.

You can pop a blind up that morning and kill a goat; but for the particularly wary ones earlier is better.

If you're hunting over water, and if there is no other water hole for miles, than you certainly can pop it up and hunt that day. BUT from what I have seen, if the antelope have a choice of water holes, and you pop a blind up at one, they will most likely avoid it.
I've also tried to hunt fense crossings with pop up blinds. From what I've seen, you better set up well in advance of season. For the most part, they will avoid that crossing if they have a choice. Even witnessed antelope jump a fence because I had taken the time to block the other fence crossings.
