Default New Ground

I got permission to hunt a new 216 acre farm this year. To cut a long story down to a sort story, the guy who hunted for the past 20+ years upset the land owner pretty bad and has kicked him off. The good news is he took a 188 off the ground last year (I have seen pictures WOW!), the bad news is he lives right across the road from this property. He ownes his own 300+ acres, so I am hoping he has enough property to hunt with trespassing on me and/or screwing with my stuff. I have trail cameras out and have several photos of 4 different bucks that will all go over the 150 mark and sever others that will meet the P&Y mark. I am getting pretty excited about getting out there, but I am also having some troubles figuring the ground. The problem is, this property is 1 1/2 drive from me and I can only get up there about once per month to watch the fields. Here is a picture of the property. The road is north, the area highlighted in red is a known bedding area, the green dots are where my cameras are right now. All the fields around the timber are CRP, which should be mowed within the next two weeks. The only food source close is a bean field directly west of my west camera. There is a really nasty creek just to the south of the bedding area that makes getting to that side next to impossible. I cannot access the ground from the south, already asked and was told no. If two brains are better than one, a whole forum of brains should help me get on one or two of these brusiers.
