Default easton axis nano?

I was thinking about getting the easton axis nano shafts. The chart says 45-50 lb = 500. Thats what ill get but i was wondering if my bow needs to be at 45 lb pounds to shoot them. i have a 40-50# lb box and its set at 40 now. I have some more questions what veins should i get for them and what wraps and where should i get them done at? cabelas basspro gandermountain? When it says full length in the catalog does that mean that im going to have to get my arrows cut to the length i need which is 27 inches?
