So what's your mood right now concerning bow season. I'm starting to shoot more and looking at new stuff that I want to buy and starting to chomp at the bit a litte.

I have all the time in the world to be in the woods right now because of my job situation but we're nowhere near the opener so I go through highs and lows. Getting gear ready, hanging stands, scouting etc and getting fired up only the next day to realize its still 2 1/2 months to go.
Chomping at the bit is a good way to describe it. This season I am single and going to be in the woods every chance I get. I kind of pissed last year away with a girlfriend. Definetly won't make that mistake again! Guess I just need to find a girl that hunts! Ya right!!!!
To busy to worry about it, the bow opener be here soon enough! I am chomping at the bit to get the flintlock back in the woods!!!!!!!

I am chomping at the bit!!!!!!!!!!!! Last year I got on a lease and learned quite a bit about the area that I hunt and have placed stands accordingly and can't wait to get out there and go after some whitetails.

I am going ape sh*t for hunting season. Geeez I'm even stalking groundhogs with my bow lately.....I have bow fever!!!! I walk through the house now, take a few steps making sure not to step on anything, stop and peak around. Walk a few more, stop and peak around. Im watching dvd after dvd ofold hunting videos to pass the time. I need to see a doctor!
