Default which would you choose

I have an option of buying two or three ladder stands or another climber

I have been debating on this for weeks but if I choose the ladders will need to purchase, paint and put out in the next two weeks

I have 800 acres leased with 11 other guys bowhunting only, we are allowed to put up 4 stands each

I have always used climbers but thinking it would be nice to have stands in place and just walk to them

advantages to ladders- can walk to, already there, less weight, less sweating
advatages to climber mor mobile, can shift set-up in 10 mins or less, portable, and no chance of theft as they come out with me

what would you choose and why

Default RE: which would you choose

Iwould put up three ladder stands and have one climber so that I could be mobile if/when needed.

What brand of climber do you have now? Are you due for an upgrade? If not I would buy 3 ladders and put the out there and keep the climber in the truck so you can go get it if you have to be mobile.
