Default Illinois NR licence

I have been hearing rumors that they did not sell out again so everyone that applied should recieve one and the left overs will go on sale at a later date... Anyone hear this?? Walt

2008 Non-Resident Archery Deer online application - will go live June 1.
You can purchase your permit via the internet.
DNR Direct Online License Sales or by phone at 1-888-6PERMIT (1-888-673-7648)

Did your name have to be in the original lottery to go after the first come, first serve permits? Or can you just call in that day and hope to get one?

Call in that day, it is open to everyone that did not win the first draw. As a non resident you can only buy 1 combined deer license. Unlimited antlerless tags also available.

Do the same rules apply for a muzzeloader permit? Illinois laws are much more confusing than a lot of other states!
