nose position on string?

Is your nose suppposed to be just touching the string as an anchor point or more on top of the string.

That is what my nose does, (actually my pic today shows it) but when I was watching a friend shoot yesterday the tip os his nose was actually up on his string slightly. I am not looking to criticize him but wanted to know what the opinion is.

There are a bunch of variables involved which makes less of a yes/no anser. But if you can touch the string to the nose and still hold good form, it would be considered a good thing.

I use a kisser button and my nose doesn't touch the string but my bro' touches with his nose. I think that it's a personal preference.
