Default "Convinced" to redo my arrows-short wrap question

You all convinced me yesterday to redo my arrows vanes due to my bad color choice but when I went to order some short wraps for blazers I wanted just white and all I could find was white zebra/crazy short wraps. I know I can take longer ones and cut them down but honestly I do not want to waste the time and material so can any of you suggest a good short wrap for blazer vanes. My thinking for the short wrap was to minimize the amount of tail weight that I am already adding, but if that does not matter then let me know.

I just go to ebay and buy the 4 inch white wraps. You can usually get them cheaper there, also you can find blazers cheaper there aswell. I use Bohning Fletchtite glue and a bitz. fletching jig. I have had good results...

Do you get good adhesion to the material that mindy uses, I really like what I see on her web page but I need verified performance.
By the way: Top Gun, good choice. I use to put on my Grandpa's air force uniform and watch that movie. That was before Tom flew over the cokoos nest.

If solidwhite is what you want, why not just cap or dip the end of the shaft??

If you bought the 8" ones, you could cut them and get two fletch jobs out of them.
