Default Man Law--Its Finally Here

The Katera finally made it after over a month on order. I didn't chrono is on a regular chrono but the shop had a 3D Interactive shooting room with a 20 yard shot. The range chrono's at 20 yards and I was shooting a 429gr. arrow at 301fps at 20 yards, the shop guy said the program is usally 12-18fps slow. So he thinks we might be getting closer to 312-318 with the 429gr. range arrow with 28" draw. The Kenetic Energy came out to 95.24# according to his calculations.

I put on the Apex Atomic 4 pin sight in APG camo
Throphy ridge stabilizer with the ghetto wrist sling combo
Trophy Taker drop away rest

If I didn't know any better, I'd say that looks JUST LIKE my Vectrix XL.
Thatis an 80lb bowsending that heavy arrow at that speed, right?

Yep, 80lb. It really doesn't feel much heavier than my old 70lb. bow. The thing has a nice draw cycle on it.

That is an AWESOME set up! I'll be honest, I couldn't handle it. And I'm not a weak person by any means. Good luck with it though. Are they still using the FUSE strings on the Katera also?

I think it's a FUSE string but not sure to be honest. I am planning on shooting it for a couple of months and then getting a new string before season unless this one doesn't stretch on me.
