Default Most Trusted Names

Who would be the 3 most trusted names in the book/mag world, that you would take their word on deer knowledge?

I only know 1. That would be Charles Alscheimer from Deer and Deer Hunting mag/show. Otherwise I don't really pay attention to other peoples names.

Sorry, I couldnt help myself. I do think Bill Winke does a nice job and has killed a lot of deer to back it up.

Check out Peter Fiduccia. I have a copy of his book Witetail Strategies, Vol. II. It's a fantastic book.

There are many knowledgeable and accomplished authors out there. To limit it to three is not easy.In addition to the authors already mentioned I would pick Bobby Worthington,Joe Brooks and Don Higgins. They have all written books within a fairly recent time period.

Brad Herndon (I learned more from his book, "Mapping Trophy Bucks" than anything else I've ever read.....ever.) Bill Winke and John Eberhart.
