I know here in Wi with all the floods cherries are out of the question.

While I've never seen them eat in a cherry tree.. I'd be very surprised if they did not. Very surprised.

They are like a goat, will eat dang near anything...The list of what they won't eat will be shorter than what they do...

Since they love apples, persimmons, grapes and other soft fruits, I'd bet they also eat cherries...
