Default Im thinking of switching back...

I'm thinking of selling my TR Micro V-Drive and going back to a multi-pin set up.... I just like to tinker around and adjust too much for a single pin. Thing is, I got so much other stuff I need/want for the upcoming season, I can overwelm myself.LOL

Heres what Im considering... I loved the looks of quality that this sight offers, I could be wrong, but it looks like It would be a worthy investment. Anybody have any experience with it??

Apex 6-pin Nitrus

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=SEARCH&id=0046546418196a&a mp;navCount=2&podId=0046546&parentId=& masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=Q X&rid=&parentType=&indexId=cat20071&am p;hasJS=true

Im not impressed with the reviews given by customers though.... that worries me a little.

Heres the other I was considering:

Extreme RT1000

To each is own man...I love the single pins....I get all flustered at all the fiberoptic in my face...I like to range them with my range finder and adjust all in one smooth transition...but its all in the comfort zone of the hunter....

Take a look at the viper line of sights. http://www.viperarcheryproducts.com/ I bought the Pro 2000 and I am very happy with it.

The reviews on Cabela's website were not too good for either sight. There are probably some better sights for the money. I paid $90 for my Sure-loc Sidewinder. It has served me well for 2 seasons.

Those are my thoughts also, and I might stay with it as well, but my dag-on sight is giving me a fit. a $130 should not be this complicated, I i make it smooth to adjust the whole sight housing is loose and wobbly, and if i make it tighter to adjust, its noisy, maybe if I find some grease for it or somehting.

The Apex im not really sure about that specific model but every Apex brand sight has always seemed to weigh a ton to me??[&:]

The Extreme--- I USED to love this sight, I still do like it but my brother just invested in one and the way they have the fiber optics run through the framing of it he ran out of right adjustment on his Bowtech Mighty Mite. he called the Extreme company about it and they said they had to change the design of their sight to accomodate the risers on the bowtech line! He checked the serial # and my brother has an updated model but still doesnt work right so?!?????????[&:]

JUST MY OPINION

Stay away from the Extreme. I've worked, sold, and installed quiet a few of them and we've had more than a few problems. The fibers are the biggest problem.

I love a single pin. HHA is top notch, I have no experience with the Trophy Ridge.

Apex makes good sights, you should go with that one instead of the Extreme.

I Love my Single pin HHA and the computer generated tapes are amazingly accurate.

Multi Pins the Spot Hoggs rule. Sword and Viper also have some nice sights.
