Neither!
I havent shot either, but know a guy who has a Katara, and that is one smooth, quiet, bow.

Mathews, is this a joke question? c'mon, we all know mathews is the best.
There's 2 types of guys, guys that have mathews and love them, and guys who want a mathews but don't have one.

I would go with the DXT. I got mine back in january and love it. Fast, smooth draw cycle, light weight, quiet. What else would you expect from mathews.

Hands down DXT from mathews its a very light bow!! hoyts seem to be too heavy to be luging around the woods unless u sit in a tree stand all day
