looks like you are setDroptine,9fps is not much of a difference but 2.5 inches of penetration would definetly be my choice ,not knocking down victory arrows couse i never tried them but i do like cx myself

15 grains should DEFINATELY not make your arrows bury 2.5" deeper. There has to be another factor.

That's just a PURE gimmick. FOC isn't going to make that arrow penetrate 2.5" more.

I would be willing to bet that the CE is less than 1% more in the FOC department. I shot them last year, and then switched to Gold Tip Pro Hunters. There wasn't much of a difference. Pure marketing gimmic in my opinion. Not saying they aren't good arrows because they are, the FOC part is bull though. Once again, I liked the arrows, they preformed great but it wasn't because of the weight forward.

Who knows why. But it is what it is. Proof is in the results. CE penetrate more.
What is the outside diameter on the arrows?I would bet it is outside diameter or the arrows finish causing one to out penetrate the other. What arrow penetrates better into a target has nothing to do with penetration on an animal anyhowas the leading edge (broadhead) cuts a channel much larger than the diameter of any hunting arrow. All that is really happening with a "better" penetrating arrow during practice is extra wear and tear on your target butt.
