Default Tune up(yourself)

Along with Captain Mobo thread on bow tuning, let not forget ourselves.

Try and walk a bit more, eat a little better and work that core. You will be amazed how much more hunting is enjoyable when your in shape.

Mobow layoff of the donuts

I hear you Germ. I'm in the process myself right now. I started a week ago and the goal is to drop 25 by end of summer. I'm down 3 as of right now and haven't started doing any real exercise (just eating better) but plan to start adding in exercise next week. The goal is to get back down to 195 and put on a bit more muscle in the process.

Germ buddy.....That's a GREAT reminder. In fact, I've been walking 2 miles a day @ lunch for about 2 months now.

I'll lay off the doughnuts just as soon as you drop the Cookie Crisp.

Ive been getting in the pick-up basketball games at the rec lately. Nothing like playing some full court ball with a bunch of 18 year olds []I need about 2 more inches of vertical to be able to dunk [:@]

Only at outings and hunting, and when you eat them without milk it's healthier[&:]

I came out of winter in pretty good shape from a indoor flag football league. Now I am just maintaining my cardio so that I can handle those Idaho mountains.
