Default No CO Deer Tag

Found out we didn't draw a mule deer tag for CO this year. It's friggin' disappointing, really was looking forward to it too. [:@]

Two of us had 1 , the other guy had zero. What sucks is the first year we applied we all drew (2 seperate groups) without any pref. points. Now we've applied 2 years since with PP and haven't drawn?? Doesn't make any since.

Only hope is something is screwed up with the system. The official notice isn't given until the 12th, I just went thru the "back door" to find out which is supposed to be very reliable. In this case I hope it's wrong.

I didn't draw my last attempt, but I am still hoping that this year I will get lucky. I hope your news was incorrect.

Is this for archery or muzzleloader? I thought archery, you could get tags over the counter pretty easy?

Archery is draw only also. It has been that way for a few years now (maybe 4 or 5).

All deer is draw only, there are a lot of over counter ELKand I am finding that it is taking me longer than usual to get a tag. I know it all depends on the area but I draw in the same unit each year and I used to be able to get a buck every year and for the past 4 years I have only gotten 2 tags. Sorry man.

Should have clarified, this was for rifle, just had to vent my frustration where I come the most and that's here in the Bowhunting section
