Default It's been six weeks since my back surgery

Monday it'll be six weeks since my back sugery and the doctor finally gave methe OK to shoot my bow. I still have to wear my back brace while I shoot but it feels great to be able to do it again. Since my surgery I've bought a QAD Ultra HD and an STS from Dan(MeanV) and I've refletched my arrows with 3.125" QuickSpins. Needless to say I have some bow tuning to do.

It scares the heck out of my wife seeing me do this, but I'm taking it slow. It's amazing how much muscle strenghtyou lose but I should be up to speed in a few weeks. I might back down the poundage a little and then work my way back up.
