I'll eat it about 4 times a week if not more! My ground burger gets me 3 burgers a 1 pound package! I just made a roast/stew 2 days ago and finished it tonight. I'll have burgers for lunch tomorrow! I buy very little beef! I make everything out of venision like sloppy joes, meat loaf, burgers, stew and spaghetti sauce etc....

I introduced my sister in law to my empanadas last night,
Pound of burger,
1 cup onions...
cook onions and burger together,
add 1 tspoon sugar
2 teaspoons of oregano
2 teaspoons of paprika
1/4 tspn of salt/ pepper...
refrigerate till cool
add a cup of feta cheese
take some premade pie crusts (2 in a package)
cut em in half to make 4 pieces.
dump meat cheese mixture into pie crust and fold into pocket shaped thingy
cook whole things for 30 minutes at 375
mmm mmm good, its the best recipe to introduce sceptics to deer.
after that its marinated steaks in carribean jerk and on the grill
