Default Arrow Spine/Length Question...

My question is, What shouldI have my new arrows cut to with my current bows setup to achieve the best arrow spine possible? My bow is a Parker Ultra Lite 31, With my draw length set at 28" (I measured from where the arrow meets the string, to the front edge of the bow shelf,) I'm currentlyshooting my bow at71 lbs.), My current arrow length is 28.5, (I measured from the throat of the nock, to the end of the insert.)ShouldI cut these the same length as my current arrows, or longer because they're slightly heavier thanmyMaxima 350's?

Also, where shouldI cut these FOC arrows? from the frontor the back?

(BTW, I'm talking about the 6075 model)
