Default I did a complete 180 Now with pic.

Well, as some of you know I have been waiting on all of my Octane accessories to arrive at our local shop to finish outthe 82nd. that I ordered in Feb.While I have been waiting I have been playing with a Hoyt Gamemaster recurve owned by a friend of mine.I shot a recurve two seasons ago and managed to kill three does with it, but I also managed to do something I haven't done in over 16 yrs., I hit a deer and did not recover it. I let it get me down and I went back to a compund last season. While I still enjoyed myself, my heart longed to see a recurve hanging in the tree with me. I got the call last Thurs. that everything was in.

Fast forward to last Sat. I went to get my new Brush camo 82nd., all decked out in Octane and at the last minute I had a change of heart. I ended up coming home with a newHoyt Gamemaster 2, Hoyt 6 arrow quiver, and a dozenEaston Super Slams fletched with feathers. I couldn't be happier! I have been shooting this thing all week and I love it! I let my sister take my camera on vaction, so I'll post pics later. Just thought I'd share a complete turn around. As an interesting side note, the bow I ordered and all theaccessories walked out the door while we were setting up the recurve. The guy that bought it looked at me like I was on drugs when he heard that I had gone from the 82nd. to the Gamemaster, I just had to smile.

Great bow! I got mine last year. Are you shooting off the shelf? You'll find it a bit noisey, PM me if you want to quiet it down a bit.
