Default Glue

For the past few years I have been useing the super glue type glues for fletching. Sometimes even when used sparingly they can tend to turn white, which,I thinkI read is caused by humidity (or excess glue). I was wondering what people feel is the best glue for vanes, that isn't a cyoanacrolate (sp.) type glue?

I too dabbled in using the super glue adhesives for fletching my arrows and while I loved the fact that it dries almost instantly and really speeds up the whole process. I wasn't a big fan of the white residue that was being left behind. I was told it was due to not enough humidity, but I honestly have no idea if that's true or not. So for now I've gone back to my old standby the Bohning Fletchtite Platinum. Never had a problem with it in the past so until something better comes along I'll probably stick with it.

I used to use the fletchtite and my vanes would come off so I tried the AAE fastset and it is working great so far.
