I just recently moved to Utah from AZ. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to answer your questions because I'm still trying to figure out the Utah system myself. I can mail you a proclamation (what they call hunting regulations here) if you would like. Just send me a PM and I'll try to help in any way I can. Probably help myself in the process. My AZ hunting buddies are interested in coming to Utah as well.
