Default shootin with wraps an w/out

at 20 an 30 yards an arrow that is wrap vs an arrow that isnt, will it shoot considerable different? i understand that the lil weight differnece would make them shoot different at 50-60 yards but 20 an 30??????/

Dave I have tested that theory and there is no noticeable difference between the two at those distances.

I honestly haven't noticed any difference shooting wraps at ANY distance. I don't know what the experts will say, but as long as your FOC % isn't too low, they just won't make enough of a difference foryou to tell.. unless you'rea sharpshooterlike Rick James and you can tell that you're grouping 1/16 of an inch low at 50 yards.

I have quit using Wraps this year so as not to add weight on the back of the arrow and affect a marginal FOC. I am sure the difference is small but I want everything in my favor I can get.

Wraps will make your arrows more stiff, but all you got to do is change from 100gr to 125 tips.

I just weighed a 7" wrap--6gr. I really doubt that will make any differance in how an arrow flies or how it spines compared to a non-wrapped arrow
