Default Best HUNTING advice you've received from this forum...

Vabowman's (GMMAT jr. ) thread on shooting advice prompted this one. Besides, I figured I best do it before he thought of it..... I'm just teasin bud, it's all good.

So anyway, what is the best HUNTING advice you've gotten? For me, let's see, who was it?? OH YEAH! That buckeye guy told me to, and I quote, (well, I had to leave a couple words out...)

DON'T HUNT THE SIGN! That's where they've been, you can't eat deer tracks. Hunt where they're GOING to be.

And for the record.......He was right.

Details, details, details. That is what has helped me get to where I am now and the more I follow this the further I get. Those that preach this seem to always be holding a lot of bone in a picture so there must be something to it.
