What was your first bow kill and what was it with?
Mine was a Whitetail Doe (1992)
25 yrd shot (double lung) she went about 50yrds.
Bow= Proline, Point Blank (approx.) 85lbs draw weight
Arrows= Easton XX75 2117
Heads= Muzzy 90grn 4 blades
Im sure this has probably been run before...just thought it mite be fun to look back on how we allgot hooked?

Mine was in 2006, when i was 16,with my Hoyt Lazertec. It was a 6 point buck that i shot in mid November after setting up a ground blind and rattling a few times. He ran about 40 yards and died within 15 feet of a logging road. I shot him within view of my uncles pond and around 200 yards from the road.

Deer coming into my treestand, a big non-typical. Setup is perfect. I draw back, take aim, and the pin settles perfectly on it's chest.....My thumb hits the release, arrow glides noiselessly toward it's target............then I woke up.....dang, another day of classes *sigh*

Nov 6,2002--6pt.I had just arrived at my cabin and climbed into my treestand at 12:15pm.At 12:30,a 6pt in full rut was walking a rub line that went by my stand.Shot him thru both shoulders at 15yds with a Jennings Sonic XL,2216 arrow tipped with a 145gr Wasp Cam-Lok 4-bl head.This was the last weekend of the regular bow season
