I'm new at Bow Hunting, just started last fall. Would like to get into the Calls and Rattles but do not havea clue what to get or how they are used. Any suggestions would be great and I hopefully will have some luck this fall. Got my 1st deer (8pt.) last year with nothing but there is always better ways.

I keep at least 2 grunt tubes in my pack, the bleat in heat cans(small & large), and a decent set of rattling antlers( I also have a small rattling bag). Now just cuz I have them doesn't mean I use them all everytime out. Timing is crucial with just about every call and certain situations/deer fit certain calls betterso I would suggest reading any articles you can find on calling/rattling and take what you can from them. Eventually you will develop your own little routine, sometimes it will work sometimes it won't.
Keep your eyes on this forum as well the closer it gets to season the more topics like this will come up.
COWBOYS RULE!!!!When you go to Primos websight you use to be able to listen to them demostrate calls. I know there calls tell you how to use on the box. Get a can and a grunt call and you will be good to go!
