On my Allegiance, switching from 27.5 to 28" will i have to mess with the timing of the bow? the sync of the cams, peep postition? etc... anything else?

No. Just change the modules and away you go. I have changed from 29 to 28.5 to 28 and back. The anchor(s) may change but at 1/2 inch they shouldn't change much, if at all.

Man, I changed mine on my commander from 30 1/2 to 29 1/2 and haven't had to mess with anything and it still shoots just as sweet, obviously I did loose a little speed...But it fits now and I am way more comfortable with it....
