Default Turkey Recipe

I've been over to the camp cooking thread and there wasn't anything too helpful there, and since many of you guys/gals are turkey freaks as well as deer freaks, how about sharing a few turkey recipe's. I've been the deep fry route (which is great) and amjust looking for something new and interesting to do with Saturday's bird (22#, 10 inch Beard) for supper tomorrow. Appreciate your help.

Try this its great. cut the meat into strips about 2"-3" wide or so. inject it with garlic butter marinade. put it into a cooking bag, pour more marinade around it, and cook it in the oven, the guys i work with cant get enough of it. they are already wanting some more and the season is not in yet
