Default Seen something cool today!

Sorry I don't have a pic, but I was leavingwork this evening and at are plant there were 11 deer and 9 turkeys all feeding together in the same field, so I pulled over to watch them, (of course you can't hunt there). Anyway...There was only one gobbler out there and he was stutt'in around, all of the sudden he went after this doe and jumped at her,she turned and ran about 10 yards and started feeding again. The gobbler ran back over to his hens and strutted some more, then he turned and ran into the hole herd. The hole herd of deer ran into the woods. Tell me he did not have some anger issues. I have hunted for 15 years and that was the first time I had ever seen that.

The first time I ever saw turkeys in the wild, I was bow hunting. They had just been introduced back into the area. there were 3 deer in the field that were kind of spooky about the turkeys, like they didn't know what to think of them either. Well there were like 6 birds grazing in the field. one doe came over very skiddishly and tried smelling one of the birds. That bird jumped up and hit the deer with its wings or spurs,,,the deer fell and took off like it was being chased bya pack a wolves, so did the others and there was weezing for the next hour all over the woods.
