RE: What do you serious Turkey Hunters think about....
No clue as to how much time he has put in it, but he sounds more like a screaching owl than a turkey. I think he is tone deaf lol. He was just wondering if anyone had used one and there experiences.

I would never ever use them even if they were legal!!
Same here, it would seem cheating. Calling is part of turkey hunting. You don't have to be a great caller, you just need to know when and what to call. Turkeys make a tremendous amount of different sounds, just about anyone can call a tom in on any given day. Tell'em to practice with a variety of different calls. I could promise you, in just a couple minutes I could have him sounding perfect on an Enigma Glass over Slate from River Valley Game Calls. I teach 4 and 5 year olds to do it at booths.

Never in a million years. I hunt turkey because I enjoy calling to them, and the challenge of it. An ecaller would eliminate the former and seriously cut into the latter.
Ecallers have one spot in my hunting arsenal, and thats with the rest of my predator hunting gear. This year that will include coyote, fox, and raccoons. Hopefully I can one of any of those three.
